Customs duties are usually paid by the logistics agent, and you do not need to pay again after placing an order. You only need to wait to receive the package.

Except for special circumstances. In some areas, customs forces the recipient to pay taxes when the package enters the country, such as Brazil. (Brazil has currently stopped placing orders due to high customs interception rates.)

This site supports direct ordering, so you can place an order without registering an account. Please fill in the correct email address during checkout so that you can receive order delivery information.

After placing an order, you will receive the order information and shipping notification in the email address you entered for the order, which will include the logistics tracking number and tracking address. If you do not receive the email, it is recommended to check the email spam folder.

If you have registered an account, you can also check the order status in your account.

Payments are made in real time. Once you have completed your credit card payment, you will receive a payment slip to the email address you provided.

If you paid via PayPal, you can view your payment directly in your PayPal transaction.

Note: PayPal only accepts payments in USD and EUR. For other currencies please pay by credit card.

If a credit card payment is declined, it may be due to insufficient funds in your account or rejection by the bank. We recommend that you change to another bank card or payment method.

The default logistics channel is YunExpress or 4PX. Some orders may be use other delivery channels.

If you need to ship by DHL, you need to clear customs yourself. Please contact us first.

Enter your billing and shipping addresses on the checkout page. Generally, the billing address will be the default shipping address.

Please fill in the accurate delivery address, otherwise delivery may fail and cause delays. The delay time for an incorrect address will be longer.

The delivery time of DHL is 5-10 days.

If the package is lost during delivery, you can choose to reissue it or refund it after we verify it with the logistics company.

Notice: The delivery time of all channels is an estimate. In the actual delivery process, there may be delays due to various reasons (such as weather, flights, customs clearance, etc.).

The devices have a Warranty Period of only one (1) year from the date of purchase by the first consumer purchaser of this product. The warranty period of different platforms may be different, and the warranty period of the purchased platform shall prevail.

This warranty is limited to the repair and/or replacement, at EJEAS’s discretion, of defective or non-conforming Product, and EJEAS shall not be responsible for the failure of the Product to perform specified functions, or any other non-conformance caused by or attributable to:
(a) any misapplication or misuse of the Product;
(b) failure of Customer to adhere to any of EJEAS’s specifications or instructions;
(c) complementary equipment or software not furnished by EJEAS.

Warranty must be processed through the corresponding purchasing platform.
