Very user friendly. Extremely easy to setup and use. Small is size which is nice and easy to conceal. Earpiece is comfortable and they provide different size earplugs to ensure a snug fit. Lightweight so it can easily fit in a pocket, if you prefer using an arm band with the unit, they include those as well. Provides clear audio for instant and seamless communication. I use it for soccer matches and the distance/range is great! No issues there.

I have other EJEAS headsets that I’m already using and this is a nice addition to my fleet. For those that haven’t used these before, these are full duplex radios with decent noise suppression so that whistles and other shouting don’t blow out the ears of other people. You can also use this as a standalone bluetooth headset for your phone, though there are probably better options if you’re just using the standard earpiece. There are other accessories you can buy to adapt to motorcycle helmets.

The V4 Plus comm systems worked great after initially setup. I had an issue with one of the headsets within the first couple weeks. I contacted customer support and they were extremely efficient at resolving the issue with a replacement. So far, very happy with the comms!

These function as a great coaching comm system for teaching riding lessons and instructing at shows. I wish the headset cord was longer so I could clip these to my belt instead of my arm, but other than that there’s nothing I’d change. Easy to pair by watching the how-to video. Volume can be adjusted to way too loud, which is nice at loud venues.

Outstanding communication capabiity could not be happier. We use these while jet skiing so that we can continue to communicate without yelling and without being right next to each other. We were actually surprised with how good these sounded. First time pairing was a bit challenging, but every other time we used them they paired up instantly. The ear clip is a little flimsy….it wants to move around and fall off sometimes….but then again we are travelling at 25 mph on jet skis with the wind blowing. We used these riding bikes and had no issues. We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this intercom system for anyone that needs to communicate with someone else while on the move or separated. Great value.

The same brand sells better ones, get those, they’re worth the investment. 4. The radios lose their pairing if one or more of the radios off or on in the wrong order. Plan to re-pair before your first game of the day.

Pairing is a little fussy but works well enough for 2. Once connected they are great with full duplex communication and reasonable range. When you get to the limits of range the sound goes very “robotic” before cutting off and they generally reconnect when you get back in range.
The manual is atrocious!! However, they have a dedicated YOUTUBE channel, making pairing and installation easy.
