Works great for high-level NCAA volleyball officiating. It’s tricky to figure out how to pair and sync these with the instructions but watching a video online helped immensely. They seem to last a long time. The cord is long enough and I’m 6’5″.

I umpire field hockey. My partner and I have no trouble communicating the full length of the field (120 yds on the diagonal). The charge lasts for at least 3 hours. I have gotten over 5 hours with a 15 minute recharge at the 3hour mark.
Once you get the hang of pairing, which is not hard, just finicky, you’ll be fine.
The directions that come with it seem to be an English translation of another language. As such, you might have to read them a couple of times.
The only issue I’ve had, which is annoying but minor, is the wind covers come off. I have not been able to find replacement wind covers that fit properly. Don’t let that keep you from buying these!

The product description does not specify the headset ear side, leading buyers to think the headset can be used in either ear. However, this product arrived with left ear only headset. Also, the product has rails for a belt clip, but the product does not provide a belt clip.

Received on time. Had watched a YouTube tutorial on synching the units which was probably easier than working through the instructions. All simple enough (2 sets synced ok). Range tested to 300 metres with no loss of sound. Sound is a little tinny, but clarity is fine. Used for hockey, during first match my assistant lost the foam off the end of the mic, which resulted in a lot of wind noise from his mic, he reported mine as being fine, luckily found the foam at the end of the game so have glued in place. All in all, very good piece of kit, found that using micropore tape to hold Mike to cheek resulted in better sound and resolved any issues regarding ear pice galling out.

I would have liked to know what the b,c,d,e buttons are for. And it has a phone button, for what. But I am enjoying talking to my hard of hearing partner, while we are in different rooms and it works up to almost 300 feet.

I bought it for ice hockey referee, I am happy with these comms. The V6C has transformed the way we officiate ice hockey games. In such a physically demanding sport, the ability to share information seamlessly among referees without leaving the ice is invaluable. It has not only improved the accuracy of decisions but also increased the safety of players, as we can quickly address potential penalties or injuries.

I ordered these to use for two way communication between on-field sports officials. They work great; they are loud and clear, they are easy to synch and batteries last a long time. Others I have used were very difficult to synch, in some cases never completed and were of no use. These cost far less and work much better; I bought two for about one third the price of one of the others. They are marketed for motorcycle use and come with mic and speakers for helmet use. I just ordered the appropriate headsets for field use and I was ready to go. I’m sure they work great for cycle use too but I haven’t used them for that. I use them almost every day and highly recommend them.

Instructions foe pairing could be clearer, but the pairing is fairly easy. I recommend including the belt clips. There are many kinds of referees who will use this technology.
