About Customs Duties

The price of all products on this site(buy.ejeas.com) does not include the tariffs generated, and the tariffs generated by customs clearance will be borne by the customer. If the customer refuses to clear customs, the lost cost will be directly deducted from the payment.

Currently, customs clearance in most countries is handled by logistics companies, and tariffs are included in the shipping fee. Therefore, after placing an order, you only need to wait for delivery without paying any additional fees. Exceptions include special circumstances, such as customs clearance being detained, and customs in some countries forcing the recipient to pay tariffs.

The countries and delivery times listed above are for the default delivery channel, YunExpress/4PX. The initial leg of the shipment will be picked up and transported by the default delivery channel, and the final leg will be delivered to you by a local delivery channel. For specific order delivery information, please refer to the tracking address included in the delivery email.

Delivery times may be longer for island addresses in some countries/regions. Countries/regions not listed generally accept express or small parcel delivery. If we verify that no other delivery channels are available, we will contact you first. If you confirm that you have no alternative delivery address, we will cancel your order and refund your money.

Limited Warranty

Shenzhen EJEAS Technology Co., Ltd. (“EJEAS”) warrants that this product (“Product”) shall conform to and perform in accordance with published technical specifications and the accompanying written materials, and shall be free of defects in materials.

The devices have a Warranty Period of only one (1) year from the date of purchase by the first consumer purchaser of this product. This warranty is limited to the repair and/or replacement, at EJEAS’s discretion, of defective or non-conforming Product, and EJEAS shall not be responsible for the failure of the Product to perform specified functions, or any other non-conformance caused by or attributable to:
(a) any misapplication or misuse of the Product;
(b) failure of Customer to adhere to any of EJEAS’s specifications or instructions;
(c) complementary equipment or software not furnished by EJEAS.

Limited warranty service may be obtained by delivering the Product to EJEAS or to the international distributor it was purchased through, and providing proof of purchase or dated receipt.

Customer agrees to insure the Product or assume the risk of loss or damage in transit, to prepay shipping charges to EJEAS, and to use the original shipping container or equivalent.

Standard Refund & Return Policy

To qualify for a refund, you must first contact our customer service team to request a return authorization within 30 days of purchase date.

Once available, and the product is shipped back to EJEAS, you will need to email the following information:

• The authorization number provided from our Customer Service team

• A picture of the product, with its Serial Number visible

Please note – returned Product(s) must be in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged) and in the original package and its contents: all accessories originally included with your purchase must be included.

Additional terms and conditions:

• Shipping and handling charges, and taxes paid (such as state, customs, or VAT) are not refundable.

• A platform service fee of approximately 5% is required for each order paid by credit card, and the platform will not refund this fee when a refund is made.

• You are responsible for and must prepay all shipping charges.

• Please note: If customs inspection generates tariffs, they shall be borne by the consumer.
